Securityinspection.com, Inc. provides IT security inspection, assessment, and consulting services, including but not limited to:
- Security vulnerability assessments and penetration testing

- Risk assessment and management consulting
- Incident response and forensics services
- Security awareness training
- Network and application security testing
2.2 Service Scope
The specific scope of services will be defined in a written statement of work, proposal, or service agreement ("Service Agreement") between you and Securityinspection.com, Inc. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall control with respect to the specific services described therein.
2.3 Service Limitations
Our services are advisory and informational in nature. We do not guarantee that our services will identify all security vulnerabilities or that your systems will be completely secure following our recommendations. Security is an ongoing process, and new vulnerabilities may emerge at any time.
3. User Obligations
3.1 Account Responsibilities
If you create an account or provide credentials for our services, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
3.2 Cooperation Requirements
To facilitate our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information as requested
- Grant necessary access to systems, networks, and facilities as required
- Ensure you have proper authorization before granting us access to any systems
- Provide timely responses to our inquiries and requests
- Implement reasonable security measures on your systems
3.3 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

4. Payment Terms
4.1 Fees and Pricing
Fees for our services will be specified in the applicable Service Agreement. Unless otherwise stated:
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes
- Travel expenses, if applicable, will be billed separately at cost
4.2 Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified in a Service Agreement:
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
- We accept payment by check, wire transfer, or credit card
- Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month
4.3 Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellation and refund policies will be specified in the Service Agreement. Generally:
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee
- Work already performed will be billed at the applicable rate
- Deposits, if required, are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our website, methodologies, tools, reports, and deliverables, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents, are owned by Securityinspection.com, Inc. or our licensors. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written consent
- Use our trademarks or branding without prior approval
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
5.2 Your Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your intellectual property, including your systems, data, and confidential information. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use your intellectual property solely for the purpose of providing the services.
5.3 Deliverables and Reports
Upon full payment, you will receive a license to use the reports and deliverables we provide for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly disclose our deliverables without our written consent.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 Confidential Information
Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of information disclosed by the other party that is marked as confidential or would reasonably be considered confidential under the circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Security vulnerabilities and test results
- System configurations and architecture details
- Business operations and strategies
- Pricing and contract terms
6.2 Exceptions
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:
- Is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party
- Was already known to the receiving party without confidentiality restrictions
- Is independently developed by the receiving party
- Must be disclosed by law or court order (with prior notice if permitted)
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ALL SECURITY VULNERABILITIES WILL BE IDENTIFIED.
7.2 Limitation of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SECURITYINSPECTION.COM, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7.3 Cap on Liability
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Securityinspection.com, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Claims that your content or materials infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
9. Termination
9.1 Termination by You
You may terminate a Service Agreement in accordance with the termination provisions specified therein, or if no such provisions exist, upon 30 days written notice.
9.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend services immediately if:
- You breach these Terms or a Service Agreement
- You fail to pay fees when due
- We reasonably believe your use of services poses a security risk
- Required by law or to protect our rights
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- All licenses granted to you will terminate
- You must pay all outstanding fees
- We will return or destroy your confidential information upon request
- Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
10.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Oakland County, Michigan, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
10.3 Jurisdiction
You consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, for any matters not subject to arbitration.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any Service Agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Securityinspection.com, Inc. regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
11.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
11.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
11.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
11.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.
